With the fast-growing demand for diversity Sourcing in 2020, we are now offering a complete Diversity Sourcing Program. This new program consists of a four-day intensive training course, capped by our brand new Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) certification exam.

The four training webinars will provide instruction on six core Sourcing skill areas covered in our original Certified People Sourcing Professional exam, with a specific focus on applying those skills to the challenges of diversity Sourcing. You will learn the key techniques and strategies to be proficient in all areas of Sourcing, as well as the best ways to apply these toward reaching your diversity Sourcing goal.

For each day of the training, we will record the class and the recordings and slides available. Even if you cannot attend the daily sessions live, you can still get the full benefit of the training from reviewing these materials.

Day 1 - Introduction to Diversity & Sourcing Essentials

Join us on Tuesday, November 10th (8AM to 9AM Pacific) for the program's first day. You will learn what Sourcing is all about (including the key principle of effective searching), and the part Sourcing plays in attaining your diversity goals. We will also be introducing the core skill areas of Exploratory Research, Google Search, X-Ray Searching, LinkedIn Search, Social Sourcing, and Cross-Referencing Information, as well as demonstrating the ways these skills apply to diversity Sourcing.

Day 2 - A Deeper Look at Diversity Search Strategies

Return to class on Wednesday, November 11th (8AM to 9AM Pacific). Building on the foundations laid on Day 1, our focus in this session will be to apply core Sourcing skills to a range of intermediate to advanced diversity search applications. We will demonstrate specific search strings, strategies, sites, and tools for each of several common target diversity candidate types (including women, under-represented racial and ethnic minorities, veterans, LGBTQ, and people with disabilities).

Day 2 Syllabus

Day 3 - Homework Review, Demonstrations, and Q&A

Join us on Thursday, November 12th (8AM to 9AM Pacific) for a live practice session. On Day 3, we will review homework assigned on Day 2, and an instructor will demonstrate example searches requested by attendees in real-time. This is your best opportunity to get any in-depth questions answered live by the instructors.

Day 4 - Exam Overview and Prep

Friday, November 13th (8AM to 9AM Pacific) is the final session of the program. On our last day, we will review what to expect when you take the CDSP Exam, review sample questions and solutions, and make sure you are fully prepared for the test ahead.
